MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
Honey Just Prayโข products are made after you order and fulfilled through our production partners. Production takes place before carrier transit. Production and transit times vary by product, destination, and shipping method. Weekends and public holidays may affect timing.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND CHARGES
Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your particular order. Availability can differ by item. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact cherylgeorge333@gmail.com before ordering.
SHIPMENT TIMING
Any item-specific dispatch timeframe communicated before purchase applies to that item. If no dispatch timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 calendar days of receiving a complete order and payment authorization, or contact you about a delay.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will explain the delay, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We will cancel and refund when required if you do not agree to the delay.
Carrier delivery estimates are separate from production unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee arrival for a particular event or date unless we expressly agree to it before purchase. This does not limit your rights if an agreed delivery deadline is missed.
TRACKING AND SEPARATE PACKAGES
Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment. Items from different production partners may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order.
ADDRESS ISSUES, DELAYS, AND MISSING PACKAGES
Check your address carefully, including apartment or unit numbers. Contact us immediately to request a correction; changes may not be possible after processing begins.
If an address mistake requires reshipment, we will explain any additional cost before you agree to it.
Contact us if a package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received. We will investigate with the production partner or carrier and provide any remedy required by law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where international shipping is available, customs processing may add time. Import duties, taxes, or carrier handling charges may be payable on arrival if not collected at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
